BIOS IoT – IoT System and modules for industry
BIOS IoT is our complete IoT stack: hardware, connectivity, cloud and visualisation from a single supplier. At its heart is our IoT system for industry, built for remote telemetry and control and complemented by a family of industrial modules designed and manufactured by INTSOL.
IoT system for industry – from the PLC to web visualisation
- Devices and controllers: meters, inverters, PLCs and I/O modules with Modbus RTU (RS485) – read and write.
- BIOS-GSM-01 gateway: LTE/3G/2G mobile network, MQTT with SSL encryption, two-way communication; no LAN needed on site.
- Cloud platform: the secure Microsoft Azure IoT Hub cloud – ours, or the customer’s or a partner’s.
- Dashboards and web visualisation: live status, site visualisation, history and charts, users and roles, commands to devices – web SCADA in the browser, tailored to the customer.
- Alarms: email notifications as standard, SMS via an SMS gateway.
- Support: we guide you through the whole implementation, from commissioning the gateway to data in the cloud.
Applications: fuel and AdBlue tanks and stations, LPG and LNG stations, generator sets, containerised boiler rooms and other remote sites.
White-label for partners
The IoT System under your brand – for equipment manufacturers (OEMs), integrators and distributors: visualisation with the partner’s logo and domain, or distribution of the modules only.

What is the BIOS IoT System?
